While I'm certainly not suggesting it was at all his fault, had he stopped at the white line he might have been untouched.

That said it didn't look like he was hit too hard so all things considered it's not so bad

Time to take my turn at armchair crash reconstruction: Looks to me like the Prius driver's view was obstructed by the SUV turning right. He probably glanced right, didn't see the van because it was in the blind spot created by the SUV, and decided it was clear.

Hopefully there wasn't anyone on the passenger side in the Prius, it took a hell of a hit.

Genuine or replica the Bugatti didn't suffer much. Pre-war bumpers were designed to withstand something so it might still be intact.
